Study Segregation of Alloying Elements in Continuous Casting Slab with Valence Electron Structure-中国期刊网

摘要 Bycalculatingtheelectronstructuresofthephasesthatphosphor,sulfurandalloyingelementsdissolvinginγ-Fe,thereasonwhyalloyingelementscanbringcenterlinesegregationincontinuouscastingslab(CCS)withnA,thenumberofelectronsonthestrongestcovalentbonds,andthestructureformationfactorSwereinvestigated,andanelectronstructuralcriteriontocontrolandtoeliminatethecenterlinesegregationwasadvanced.Basingonthis,theelectronstructuresofapartofrareearthphosphidesandsulfidesarecalculated,thephysicalmechanismthatrareearthelementscancontrolthesegregationofphosphorandsulfurisanalyzed,andthecriterioniswellverified.
