摘要 Hypertrophiccardiomyopathy(HCM)isacommongeneticcardiovasculardiseaseandappearsinallethnicgroups.HCMisdiagnosedonthebasisofleftventricularhypertrophy.EchocardiographyisakeytechniqueinthediagnosisofHCM,theprognosisofpatientswithHCM,themanagementstrategyforHCM,andthefollow-upofpatientswithHCM.ThisreviewbrieflydescribesanddiscussesthepracticaluseofestablishedechocardiographytechniquesandthecurrentandemergingechocardiographicmethodsthatcanhelpphysiciansinthecorrectdiagnosticandpathophysiologicalassessmentofpatientswithHCM.
