摘要 TheVenturi-roddecktrayisatypeofdualflowtraysusedinfluegasdesulfurization(FGD)process.Inthispaper,thehydrodynamiccharacteristicsoftheVenturi-roddecktraywerestudiedintheexperimentsandcomparedwiththeconventionalsievetray.Resultsshowedtheturndownratioofthistraywasintherangeof2.71-3.77,whichwasby9%higherthanthesievetray.Besides,thepressuredropofthistraywasbymorethan50%lowerthanthesievetray.Basedontheexperimentaldata,thecorrelationfunctionsforthepressuredropandthefrothheight,respectively,wereobtained.TheindustrialscaleuppracticeofthistrayinFGDprocesswasdescribedwiththeefficiencyofthistraydemonstrated.
