Nanowireshaveattractedmoreandmoreinterestinrecentyearsduetotheiruniquepropertiescomparedtobulkmaterials[1].Thequitedifferentpropertiespossessedbynanowiresaremainlycausedbytheirhighsurface-tovolumeratio[2].Behaviorsofnanowiresunderirradiationconditionshavealsoattractedintensiveattentionintheseyears[3??5].Ithasbeenproposedthatnanowiresmayberadiationresistancebecausetheirlargesurface-to-volumeratio,andmeanwhilethesurfacearetheperfectsinksfordefectscreatedintheradiationprocess[3].
