摘要 Traditionalmagneto-electricvibrationsensorsandservoaccelerometershavesevereshortcomingswhenusedtomeasurevibrationwherelowfrequencycomponentspredominate.Alowfrequencycharacteristicextensionforvelocityvibrationsensorsispresentedinthispaper.Thepassivecircuittechnology,activecompensationtechnologyandtheclosedcyclepolecompensationtechnologyareusedtoextendthemeasurablerangeandtoimprovelowfrequencycharacteristicsofsensors.ThsesthreetypesoflowfrequencyvelocityvibrationsensorshavebeendevelopedandwidelyadoptedinChina.
