摘要 EncryptedCommunicationtechniqueisanimportantmeasuretotheinformationsafety.BasedontheadvantagesoftwopublicencryptionalgorithmRSA&DES,anovelhighintensitypublicencryptionalgorithmChaosRandomHighIntensity(CHR)isproposedinthispaper.TheprincipleofCRHisdescribedandanalyzedindetail,andtheresultsofcomputersimulationhasproveditseffectivenessandcorrectness.
