摘要 TheeffectofreflectionontheperformanceofAM-VSBCATVlightwavesystemsisanalyzed.Usually,therearethreekindsofreflectionexistingintheAM-VSBCATVlightwavesystems:multipathinterference(MPI),doubleRayleighbackscattering(DRB)andexternalopticalfeedbackTheMPIandexternalopticalfeedbackcanbeneglectedowingtousingtheFC/APCconnectorsandisolatedDFBalsersinthesystemlink.ItisshowntheoreticallyandexperimentallythattheDRBisthelimitationofthenoiseinducedbyreflection.
