摘要 Themethodformeasuringthestrainofanobjectusinganopticalfiberandafrequencymodulation(FM)coupledcaritysemiconductorlaserispro-posed.ThismethodusesthecoherentFMheterodyneprincipleoftheMichelsonin-terferometerandcanavoidtheπ/2nonreciprocalphasebiasandphaseshiftingproblemexistingingeneralfiberopticinterferentialsensors,themaximumdetec-tionrangeislimitedbythecoherentlengthofthesemiconductorlaseranditsrela-tivefactor.
