摘要 Thispaperdealwithoptimalcontrolproblemsforanon-stationaryStokessystem.Westudyasimultaneousdistributed-boundaryoptimalcontrolproblemwithdistributedobservation.Weprovetheexistenceanduniquenessofasimultaneousoptimalcontrolandwegivethefirstorderoptimalityconditionforthisproblem.Wealsoconsideradistributedoptimalcontrolproblemandaboundaryoptimalcontrolproblemandweobtainestimationsbetweenthesimultaneousoptimalcontrolandtheoptimalcontrolsoftheselastones.Finally,someregularityresultsarepresented.
