摘要 Usingdirectfinitedifferencemethod,anumericalmodelforsimulatingthetemperaturefieldinthechargeduringinductionskullmelting(ISM)hasbeendeveloped.Onthebasisofthemodel,thetemperaturefieldinTi-47Ni-9Nbingothasbeencalculatedundervariousmeltingconditions.Finally,theprocessingparameters(meltingpower,melting-downtimeandthefinalmelttemperature)havebeenoptimized.
