摘要 SelectivelyconvertingCOandH2togasolineproduct(isoparaffinandolefin)inonestepstillremainsagreatchallenge.WedemonstrateeffectiveH-USYzeolitesupportednano-cobaltbifunctionalcatalystsforthiscatalyticreaction,whicharepreparedbythenovelphysicalsputteringprocess.Particlesofthesputteredcobaltexistinnano-levelandarewell-dispersedonacidUSYzeolite.Easyactivationoftheloadednano-cobaltisalsoachievedinalow-temperaturehydrogenreductionatmosphere.Inthetandemcatalyticreaction,thesputteredbifunctionalCo/USYcatalystexhibitsamuchhigherCOconversionandhigherisoparaffinselectivitythantheconventionalimpregnatedone.ComparedwithH-Mor,H-Betaandotherzeolitessupportedcatalysts,H-USYzeolitesupportedcobaltcatalystshowstheclearestpromotionaleffectontheactivityofFischerTropschsynthesis.Thedescribedsynthesishereinprovidesanewpathwaytosolvetheproblemcausedbythestrongmetal-supportinteraction(MSI)inheterogeneouscatalysis.
