Optimal Generalized Case-Cohort Analysis with Cox＇s Proportional Hazards Model-中国期刊网

摘要 Generalizedcase-cohortdesignhasbeenprovedtobeacost-effectivewaytoenhancetheefficiencyoflargeepidemiologicalcohort.Inthisarticle,weproposeaninferenceprocedureforestimatingtheunknownparametersinCox’sproportionalhazardsmodelingeneralizedcase-cohortdesignandestablishanoptimalsamplesizeallocationtoachievethemaximumpoweratagivenbudget.Thefinitesampleperformanceoftheproposedmethodisevaluatedthroughsimulationstudies.TheproposedmethodisappliedtoarealdatasetfromtheNationalWilm’sTumorStudyGroup.
