摘要 Gastrointestinalmetastasisfromprimarylungcancerisrare.Inthepresentstudy,wereportthecaseofa78-year-oldmalewhowasadmittedtotheemergencydepartmentwithacutebleedingofthedigestivetract.Duringevaluation,hewasfoundtohavelungadenocarcinomametastasisinthesmallbowelleadingtohemorrhage.Ajejunumwedgeresectionwascarriedoutandbleedingwascontrolled.However,2monthsaftertheoperation,thepatientthedfromseverepulmonaryinfection.Wealsoreviewthepublishedliteratureofprimarylungcancerwithgastrointestinalmetastasis.
