摘要
Modulatingboththeclockfrequencyandsupplyvoltageofthenetwork-on-chip(NoC)duringruntimecanreducethepowerconsumptionandheatflux,butwillleadtotheincreaseofthelatencyofNoC.Itisnecessarytofindatradeoffbetweenpowerconsumptionandcommunicationlatency.Soweproposeananalyticallatencymodelwhichcanshowustherelationshipofthem.TheproposedmodeltoanalyzelatencyisbasedontheM/G/1queuingmodel,whichissuitablefordynamicfrequencyscaling.Theexperimentresultsshowthattheaccuracyofthismodelismorethan90%.
