Preparation of porous polyimide microspheres by thermal degradation of block copolymers-中国期刊网

摘要 Anewpreparationmethodhasbeendevelopedforthermallystableporouspolyimidemicrospheres.Porouspolyimidemicrosphereswerepreparedusingtriblockcopolymersthatconsistedofathermallystablepolyimidederivedfrompyromelliticdianhydride/4,4’-oxydianilineasthecontinuousphaseandathermallylabilepolyetherasthedispersedphase.Spheresofcopolymersweregeneratedinanonaqueousemulsionandthengraduallyheatedtocompletetheimidizationtoformamicrophase-separatedstructure.Subsequently,thermaltreatmentataslightlyreducedpressureremovedthelabileblocksandproducedpores.Undersuitabledecompositionconditions,theporesizeoftheporouspolyimidewasintherangeof200-400nm.
