摘要
Thephasetransformationcharacteristicsofahigh-strengthTRIP-aidedmultiphasecold-rolledsteelduringcontinuousheatingatdifferentcoolingrateswerestudiedbymeansofdilatometry,andthecriticaltemperatureswerealsodetermined.Thesampleswerefullyaustenitizedat1050℃andthencooledatdifferentcoolingratesrangingfrom0.5℃/sto100℃/s.Thecontinuouscoolingtransformation(CCT)curveswereobtainedfortheexperimentalsteel.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthatahighcoolingratedepressedtheformationofferriteandpearliteandpromotedtheformationofbainiteandmartensite,leadingtoahigherhardness.Alargeamountofmartensiteinhigh-strengthTRIP-aidedmultiphasecold-rolledsteelcanbeobtainedatcoolingratesinexcessof50℃/s.Theexperimentalresultsprovideguidelinesforcoolingcontrolandheattreatmentinrealsteelproduction.
