Rollingbearingiswidelyusedinmechanicalsupport,itsgeneralcomponentsaretheinnerring,outerring,theball,retaineretc..Nowmanycompaniesindevelopedcountriesanduniversityintherollingbearingastheresearchobject,andhasmadegreatprogressindesigntheory,theexperimentmethodandproductiontechnologyetc.WewillusethefiniteelementANSYStoestablishthemodelofdeepgrooveballbearing.Throughthecontactanalysis,wecangetthecontactstressbetweentheringsandballs,strain,contactstate,penetration,slidingdistanceandthefrictionstressdistribution.ThesevaluesarecomparedtothetheoreticalvalueswithHertztheory,andtheyhavebetterconsistency,providethegoodtheoreticalbasisfortheoptimizationdesignofrollingbearings.
