摘要 Tetrazole-1-aceticacidwasfoundtoserveasasuperiorligandforCuI-catalyzedN-arylationofimidazoleswitharyliodidesunderalowcatalystloading(5mol%ofCuI).AvarietyofaryliodidescouldbeaminatedtoprovidetheN-arylatedproductsingoodtoexcellentyieldswithouttheneedofaninertatmosphere.
