摘要
WeintroducetherelationshipbetweenexcessnoiseinOptoelectronicCoupledDevices(OCDs)andtheirinteriordefectsandexplainhowlow-fiequencynoisecanbeusedtoestimatetheirreliability.Usingconceptsfromthebiologicalimmunesystemanditsprocessofidentifyinginvaders,wepresentasystemforestimationofthereliabilityofOCDs.Thesystemhasexpressionsfortheantigen(excessnoise),lymphocyte(criterion)andtheroleofthelymphocyteeliminatingunreliabledevices.AgeneticalgorithmwasusedtoestimatethecomponentsparametersofthenoisespectrumforestimatingthereliabilityofOCDs.Theexperimentalresultsdemonstratedthatthismethodisreliable,adaptableandpractical.
